A committee of past students meets regularly to discuss ways of supporting the students and families of the College ie sponsoring scholarships for incoming students. They also work to develop the relationship between the past students and the College by producing a ‘LEXSA’ newsletter. Annual school reunions are organized each year for the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th years etc. and ‘Back to Loyola Tours’ are also held on the same day.

The LPFA exists to support the College by fostering a caring community atmosphere within the College. It conducts various functions for social interaction and for fundraising. The Committee meets monthly and functions through several sub-committees. The LPFA gratefully welcomes new members and fresh ideas.

The Grounds and Maintenance Committee works with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement planning for grounds and maintenance within the College. It can also assist with the organization of Working Bees.
A large group of House Parents meets five times a year with the Principal and other senior staff to review every aspect of College life. The House parents are also responsible for helping to organise the six House Sunday Masses held in the respective parishes, and for welcoming parents of the Year 7 intake at the Orientation Night for parents.
